Conversations about body masculinization rarely occur outside of planning for a gender affirmation surgery. Many transgender men carry extra weight in ways that don't align with their desired physical body shape with the assumption that testosterone along with weight training and a reasonable diet will be enough to shape their bodies into a more masculine form. For some, these factors may be enough. For other transgender men, they may want greater assistance with changing how their weight is distributed on their bodies, particularly as they age and with the declining production/absorption of testosterone.
Sometimes finding the masculine shape that will feel affirming can require assistance: intentional and targeted contouring to minimize the fat distribution in the hips, buttocks, thighs, and waist to complement a strong and well-defined chest and broad shoulders. Allure can help achieve that shape with a lower-cost and non-invasive solution than traditional liposuction.
We back the services we provide 100%. If you ever feel like the service was not professional or did not deliver (and you did your part of course), we will work to make it right.
The best part was the professionalism of the aesthetician. Her previous experience with queer patients/clients and warm personality quickly put me at ease. Finding peacefulness in an uncomfortable situation was exactly what I needed to confidently continue with Allure, and I’m so glad I did!
I just can’t believe how different my body looks now. By combining multiple contouring treatments and the low-carb/high-protein diet plan recommended, not only do I see a more masculine shape but I’ve also lost significant weight, which I wasn’t expecting at all.
Allure offers body contouring procedures that are not meant as a substitute for losing weight. Candidates need to be near their ideal weight prior to treatment.
The results you achieve can be aided and enhanced by following a low carb + high protein diet. This is recommended before and after treatment.
Individuals with significant excess or sagging skin may not be a good candidate for skin tightening but can still take advantage of the body contouring procedures to masculinize your body.
Our solutions can have fantastic results even after just one treatment BUT its important to understand that it is not a miracle procedure. Optimal results usually take multiple treatments combined with diet and exercise.

My experiences with body contouring at Allure have been fantastic! And they have changed my view of self, my confidence, and even my sense of attractiveness.
Before I decided to pursue body contouring, I was struggling significantly with body image. I hated looking in the mirror! I hated the way my body looked. I hated even more what I saw reflecting back when I couldn’t avoid the emotional disruption: the curves and contours of my mother’s and sister’s physiques were well underway and visible on me. As a transgender man decades into my transition, this was a horrifying sight. Despite my efforts to work out regularly, to control my diet, and even to excel as a fitness instructor, I couldn’t escape my genetic past and all those curves showing up in all the wrong places. I certainly expected to gain weight as I got older, but I did NOT expect that the distribution of that weight would be feminizing and contrary to the other genetic changes influenced by male hormone replacement. I was becoming increasingly depressed and self-conscious about being nude around my partner. When I found myself scurrying by the mirror to avoid body glances, I knew it was time to take action.
I needed help changing my body shape. Food and fitness were simply not enough anymore.
Honestly, I thought my options for male body contouring were limited to surgical procedures, and those were usually coupled with gender affirmation surgery, which I was far removed from in timing. Then, I found Allure’s Groupon for body contouring. It didn’t say explicitly “male body contouring” but I’m a male and I have a body so…. I decided to try it and see if their services of ultrasound cavitation or laser lipo would work for me. It turns out that was the most empowering decision I could have made for myself.
Before I buy anything significant, I research like crazy all options and competitive products. That time helped secure my interest in ultrasound cavitation as the best choice for me. Next I needed to survive the anxiety-filled days leading up to the consultation. The thought of taking my clothes off and revealing to a stranger all the areas where body dysphoria affects me was nerve-wracking. Let’s all look at the love handles, back fat, and hips that I’ve spent my life hiding or altering.
Fortunately, the actual experience was nothing like I imagined. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. She even greeted me by name at my next appointment without prompts. (I wasn’t the only person scheduled for that time.) The best part, though, was the professionalism of the aesthetician. She was not phased by my declaration of trans identity or hesitancy in getting undressed.
Committing to the diet had a huge impact. I can now fit into pants that are 2 sizes smaller. My “one day when I get fine again” jeans are back in the closet. I can see my abs for the first time in years and a 6-pack when I look in the mirror now. I even feel confident enough with my body to wear bikini briefs in the pool. Incredible!
I’m so glad these services exist in a queer-friendly environment that allows my community to address our dysphoria in various ways. I would definitely recommend Allure and hope more people get an opportunity to actualize their vision of self in such a healthy and supportive way.
